Your navabi Challenge

- overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- ensuring that the production is cost effective;
- making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- working out the human and material resources needed;
- drafting a timescale for the job;
- estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
- monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- controlling and monitoring the size charts
- controlling and monitoring the patterns
- working closely with our fashion designers and production team

Your Background

- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in fashion design and production or apparel product design and merchandising or similar studies
- experience in the textile industry (experience in plus size apparel is welcomed)
- Understanding of apparel construction and manufacturing and pattern making;
- good drafting and math skills;
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
