Our client is a global CRO company currently looking for an experienced CRA Manager to work office based in Bavaria.
Responsibilities
Line manage CRAs to ensure clinical trial planning is done as required by the sponsor
Conduct performance review of all the direct report
Identify training needs for the team and implement when needed
Responsible for recruitement of CRA in collaboration with the recruitment team
Contract negotiation and some business development responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Experience over 6 years in clinical research within Pharma or CRO
Experience as Line Manager /Project Manager for at least 1 year
